The owners of Innovations are contractors specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. They have been doing this type of work for 15 years. Over the years their knowledge and experience have expanded along with their business. Why are they different from any other contractor? Because they care about the job that they complete and the clients they are completing it for. They have trained their crews to emulate the way they do their work so even if they are not on a specific job, their presence is.

One of the things they have always found frustrating as contractors, is the service they and their clients receive at the various places of business that the materials are purchased from (cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, etc.). This includes big retail chains as well as privately owned stores. The service issues that they most frequently encounter are damaged product, inaccurate designs, and sales help not caring about the client.

They saw an opportunity to enhance the contracting business by opening a showroom that allows a client to purchase all materials needed for a remodel, from cabinets and tile, to plumbing fixtures and countertops, etc. all under one roof. In addition, they will provide that client with experienced sales help, innovative designers, including an interior designer, quality products to fit any budget, and superior client service.
At Innovations, we will come and measure the room the client is redoing, design the room to fit the client’s budget and order all the material needed to complete the job.

Innovations will also recommend contractors, who are part of the Innovations team, that have been hand picked, who have the same client values as they do to complete the installation. Innovations will set up the appointments with the contractors for the client, provide the contractor with all the necessary design and install information and set the install date. Innovations will take care of the client from design to installation taking all the confusion away from the client.
